This is a very rare antique Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver Chatelaine note pad circa 1873-1891. It was welded shut so doesn't open, but can easily be opened. It's fully hallmarked shown in the pictures in as found condition not polished and no monograms. Measures 3" weighing 35.4 grams. Just a rare and unique piece by Tiffany.
