Antique 18k yellow gold full hunter enamel key wind with key pocket watch. The dial looks good with no issues, along with the case, the case still looks very crisp with a few sections of enamel loss but doesn't take away from the look of the watch. It runs but I can't guarantee that it keep accurate time. Case measures 38.75mm weighs 42.7 grams. I believe it says "JULES DELAY GENEVA" but not certain, and it's hallmarked throughout "18K" and tested as well. They key is gold as well. 

I'm not a pocket watch expert not really my forte, so please look at the pictures and I will try and answer whatever question you might have.
