Victorian 14k Yellow gold Cameo Brooch Pin

What a magnificent carved Cameo set in 14k yellow Gold in a large frame. The details and hand gestures are crisp and full of life, the carving has deep valleys that just give it another dimension. The large heavy mounting is solid 14k gold which as some point a vertical plaque was added for better stablity which is gold filled. This is a substantial piece measures approximatley 2 1/4" by 2" weighing an impressive 36.6 grams. This piece has not been polished just lightly cleaned and ready to wear or gift, we can polish upon request.
