Rare Elgin National Watch Co. Grade 109, size 0, 7j. Open face 14k gold open face pocket watch Circa 1897. 
It's in very good condition to excellent condition Serviced and running strong and keeping time. Just an amazing find, with high relief details throughout, crystal and dial look great. Case measures about 34.9mm, inside case is marked, no monograms. 

Wadsworth Watch Case Co, corresponding to "14k" and tested as well. This watch is running strong with no issues to note. Back cover closes tightly with no issues as well.

 I'm not a watch expert so I'm sorry I can't give more info. But  please look at the pictures for visual description.
