Circa 1890's. Rare hinged scarf or ascot clip crafted out of 18k with a chunky old mine cut diamond in the center. This comes in its original box and was made by Hardy Brothers Goldsmiths & Jewelers out of Sydney Australia. They have been around since 1853 and are still in business! This piece is unpolished and retains the original patina. In good condition.

Stones: One old mine cut diamond appprox. .25 carat VS clarity, G-H color
