Additional info: Swiss Made Omega Constellation Automatic Chronometre, with reference number 166.059. Introduced in 1969, it was the first Omega to feature an integrated bracelet in the case design and has been lovingly dubbed the "TV watch", as the shape of the case somewhat resembles a 60's television. The case and bracelet are entirely made of 18k yellow gold, and so is the dial: the "OM Swiss Made OM" can be found underneath the 6 O'Clock position, with OM standing for Or Massif or "solid gold" in French. It's a very hefty watch quite literally worth its weight in gold: the total weight of the watch is around 138.8 grams.
