Victorian Hawkes Brilliant Palermo Cut Glass Wine Carafe Decanter

Victorian Era American Brilliant Clean and Clear Cut Glass Wine or Water Carafe, Bottle with deeply cut Star Burst in fully cut diamond, paneled with Double Fan, Zipper Fluted Neck, with flared lip, smooth on the outer edge.  I found no markings, but I think I found in my American Brilliant Book as being the Palermo Pattern produced by Hawkes.  

It measures approx. 8" high, 2 7/8" across lip, and about 6" across widest point of body.   

It is in VERY, VERY GOOD condition, for its age and use.  It has is a few normal production issues, some teeny tiny dimples or pops in the glass. It also has only one tiny nick hardly even noticeable or worth mentioning, i just want to be as accurate as possible . Along with normal age wear, very minor scuffs on star cut base.  It is Very Clean with NO cloudiness, NO chips, NO cracks, and NO repairs. I just need a good cleaning and it will be spectacular. I don't clean any of my items they are in as found condition.
